This will make you grow: 

  • Indirect purchasing of goods and services, such as company cars, insurance, phones, cleaning services, stationery, etc.
  • Tracking and fulfilling all requirements of daily office operation
  • Executing Pre-Accounting activities, like invoices, daily payments, account checking, etc.
  • Arranging travels and social organisations

This is how you‘ll take us forward: 

  • Associate or Bachelor degree in relevant field, and/or equivalent training / work experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Experienced in Indirect Purchasing, Administrative Affairs and Pre-Accounting
  • Knowledge of MS Office Software
  • Organisation, planning, problem solving and persuasiveness skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field
